STEM COMPETITION – ITS FREE !

ELIGIBILITY:

Primary School students, Secondary School students

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

• Register for the Contest
• Receive confirmation
• Build the Model
• Submit a Video

PARTICIPATION RULES:

• The contest is free for all students in the mentioned age group.
• Only one submission per team or individual per category.
• Participants should present their submission through video and explain their idea/invention.
• For Team work, all members in a team must be involved in presenting.
• Language: English.
• Video to include.
  1. STEM product (4 slides)
  2. Oral presentation (2 minutes)

DEADLINES:
Submission: February 15th, 2022 at 6.00 PM, Singapore/Malaysia.
Results: May 2nd, 2022 at 6.00 PM, Singapore/Malaysia.

WHAT DO WINNERS GET:

1. Earn a badge of accomplishment
2. Be our Speaker for Asia Global
3. Winners will be featured on our website
4. Winning entries (presentation and video) will be featured in our website and in our promotional campaigns across Asia.

PARTICIPATION CATEGORIES:

• Category A: Invention
  In this category, students may display their inventions to solve a particular problem. The invention may include knowledge from modern science/ technology/ traditional sciences.
• Category B: Science &Technology Idea
  In this category, students can exhibit a science and technology project and your video must explain how your project contributes to Society

CRITERIA FOR JUDGEMENT

• Category A – Invention
  (7-12 years) & (13-15 years)
  Only one invention per entry
• Category B – Idea/Project Presentation
  (7-12 years) & (13-15 years)
  Only one presentation per entry

PARTICIPATION TYPE

• Individuals
• Team of 3-5 students
